Ewing Outdoor Supply

I ordered and paid for a landscaping mock stone from Ewing on June 14th. And was told it would be available for pickup in a week. Three later when stone had not arrived and no one could tell me if or when it would arrive I asked to cancel the order and received a refund of my payment. The clerk assured me that happen immediately. A week went by without a refund so I called the store and left a message asking for information on my refund. The next day I was able to reach a clerk who tried to bush me off so I asked to speak with the store manager. The manager informed me that the order cancellation had only been processed on that day. He apologized and told me because of that my refund would not be processed for another few days. It's been one day shy of a week since I had that conversation and I still have yet to receive a refund of my money. Is this the kind of service one should expect to receive from local businesses!!! What happened to customer service!!!

they really botched my irrigation system design and I was told by people to pay a bit more and go to them and they would take care of the design. 1. they charged for for things they didn't include in my box and I had to run all over looking for things on the wkd because they were closed 2. they sold me heads that were way two powerful for my lawn and couldn't be adjusted down to not hit my house or my neighbors. I've had to dig the whole system out and buy new heads. What a headache and I paid them almost $900 for their "expertise." would've been better off going to lowes or home depot.

These folks are the best. I am not a landscaper, just a homeowner. They are a huge help anytime I need a part or have a question. I highly recommend them!!

Owning a irrigation company means I need supplies almost daily. Ewing comes through everytime im in there to get what I need for the day. The guys are super knowledgeable and will anwser any question you throw at them. Also prices are tought to beat. They even beat Amazons prices on certain items. What I really like is they dont treat homeowners/non professionals like their idiots. They really explain any questions and treat them like their professionals. Gotta love it. Peace im out!!
